Younguk Sway Jo, originally from Seoul, South Korea, started to breakdance with local bboy friends in 2001. After winning the very first competition he has participated in 2006, dance has become one of the most crucial elements of his life. Shortly after the successful debut, his professional dancing career has begun with a new nickname, SWAY.

Continuously pursuing a unique SWAY style, which combines dynamic movements with a sleek flow, he has won over thirty battles and competitions around the world. Recognized by several artists and media, SWAY has been collaborating with singers, rappers and artists from various backgrounds; upon his active performances, he got to stand on larger stages with well-known global artists.

In 2015, SWAY was selected as the very first Korean bboy artist of a renowned Monster Energy Drink company during his period of activity, not only he got to experience more through attending numerous battles and concerts, but also he developed his skills in illustration and modeling. Now SWAY is officially an artist who break dances, draws and paints, and last but not least, who models for various clothing lines: this is just a beginning.
